He was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ at the age of six and received the Holy Ghost at the age of ten.
In addition to his pastoral calling, Bishop Oliver is a certified Chaplain and currently serves as a Director of Social Services in the hospice field. In this role, he oversees professionals in social work, chaplaincy, and volunteer services, while also maintaining an active chaplaincy roster. He ministers to an average of more than sixty patients and families on a bi-weekly basis throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Weeden II. Bishop Oliver currently serves as the Jurisdictional Bishop of the Southern United Region of the fellowship.
Bishop Oliver’s ministry extends beyond local borders. He has preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the United States and internationally, including Canada, South Africa, Mexico, Belize, Jamaica (West Indies), and England.
In addition to his extensive ministry résumé, Bishop Oliver is also an author. He published his first book, "Snatching Me Back" a powerful work focused on creating and maintaining healthy boundaries. The book has been a blessing to readers both nationally and internationally.
Above all, Bishop Ja’Meen Oliver deeply loves the Lord, his wife Lady Aleta, his children, grandchildren, extended family, friends, and his church family at Community Apostolic Ministries (C.A.M.).
His greatest desire is to see the people of God love one another and walk in unity through the power of the Holy Ghost.
